Microblading Services in Bend, Oregon

And other semi-permanent eyebrow cosmetics

What types of permanent eyebrow makeup do you offer?

  • Microblading

Microblading is a manual method which does not use a normal permanent makeup machine. It is done by using a unique hand instrument with a small row of very fine needles that deposit pigment into the skin with feathering strokes. The pigment is implanted into the basal membrane, which divides the epidermis from the dermis layer of the skin. This creates very fine hair strokes.

Microblading is a multiple step appointment process. At least two appointments are needed initially, each appointment being 4-8 weeks apart. At the second session we will make adjustments as necessary. Everyone heals differently and at different rates. If your cosmetic microblading does not heal perfectly the first time, do not worry! We can always go bolder and add more density at your next appointment

  • Nano Machine Hair Strokes Services in Bend, Oregon

Nano Machine Hair Strokes (AKA nanoblading or fluffy brows)

Nanoblading is a new brow treatment that uses ultra-sharp nano needles that can actually mimic the diameter and dimension of a real hair in the skin. A tattoo machine is used. The eyebrows can last anywhere from two to five years. Permanent makeup is radically changing and it is exciting! Gone are the blocky colored brows.

With microblading, the pins that form the blade are rigid, whereas the pins used for nanoblading that are inserted into the device are super fine (hence the word “nano”). Nano machine strokes deliver the beautiful strokes that both permanent makeup and microblading can achieve and it’s also suitable for a greater range of skit types than microblading, which can fade quickly in some skins.

  • Microshading or powder brows services in Bend, Oregon

    Microshading (AKA powder brows)

Powder brows are lighter at the front of the brow and going darker towards the tail. Powder Ombré gives it a soft powder makeup look that’s still natural looking.

This is a machine technique that achieves a natural powdered look. Ombré is a technique that is less selective in terms of ideal candidacy and can be more successful for those with oily skin, aging skin, acne prone skin, and sensitive skin. It is even for those with previous permanent makeup.

Prior to the procedure we will customize the shape of the brows that compliments your facial features and brings out your eyes. We will also select a color that best matches your skin tone. A touch up is required 6-12 weeks after initial procedure. After that touch ups are recommended yearly to maintain color richness and shape.
